Jarvey sentenced Darrell Anthony Rice to 22 months in prison as the result of his plea of guilty to escape from a federal facility, announced United States Attorney Marc Krickbaum. Rice, age 24, of Davenport, Iowa, was also ordered to serve three years of supervised release and pay $100 to the Crime Victim’s Fund.
