Clips of the documentary Who We Are: The Chronicle of Race in America were shown and discussed at the Champion Miller Center, 727 E Broadway, and two other movie events will be held in the center from 7-9PM on February 9 and February 16.

MONMOUTH, ILLINOIS (February 6, 2023) — The Monmouth College chapter of Alpha Xi Delta women's fraternity has shifted its philanthropy focus from raising awareness about autism to fighting child homelessness.

The move was made to give Alpha Xi Delta members more opportunities to make a difference in the local community.

MONMOUTH, ILLINOIS (February 2, 2023) — A grant to Monmouth and Knox colleges will help both colleges strengthen their ties to their local communities.

MONMOUTH, ILLINOIS (February 2, 2023) — Broadway will come to East Broadway when Monmouth College music and theatre students present a show titled Love in All Its Guises.

A fundraiser for the Chorale's upcoming spring-break trip to Colorado, the show will be staged at 3PM February 12 in the Kasch Performance Hall of the College's Dahl Chapel and Auditorium in the 800 block of East Broadway. The event is free, but donations will be accepted to support the trip.

MONMOUTH, ILLINOIS (January 30, 2023) — Prior to departing campus to attend one of several Conferences for Undergraduate Women in Physics held around the nation, Monmouth College physics professor Chris Fasano commented on what was in store for the eight students who traveled with him.

"This is an excellent opportunity for them to learn some interesting new physics, to meet other women in physics, and to learn about what they can do with physics as professionals," he said.
