PELLA, IOWA (September 4, 2020) — Central College is planning to recognize its Class of 2020 with an in-person commencement ceremony at 2PM, Sunday, September 27, at Ron and Joyce Schipper Stadium. Commencement scheduled in May was postponed because of the COVID-19 pandemic.

PELLA, IOWA (July 20, 2020) — The Moore Family Foundation Faculty Development Program for Teaching is providing grant funding for 14 faculty projects at Central College for the 2020-21 academic year. The funding total is more than $76,000.

Funding supports projects, some of which are:

PELLA, IOWA (July 2, 2020) — More than 325 students were named to the Central College dean's list for Spring 2020.

The honor is awarded to full-time students who achieve a 3.5 GPA or higher on a 4.0 scale while taking 12 or more graded credit hours for the semester.
