Movie:
Mughal-E-Azam

Mughal Emperor Jalaluddin Akbar, Emperor of Emperors, solved the problem of  his son and heir's love for a woman not accepted in his court as the mother of  next heir.

The movie shows his innovative, and culturally often repeated, methods of breaking the affair.

Additionally, the movie shows the intermix of  Muslim and Hindu cultures coexisting under his rule, his Hindu wife, the Queen and the Hindu culture in his court.

This is a classic movie, the biggest blockbuster ever when released originally in 1960,  restored recently, in color and with subtitles.

Classic Bollywood without the modern Western influences.

Michael Rosenthal.

An attempt to state a "Grand Theory of Personality" that would unify the apparently opposed approaches to psychology of existential experience and systemic methodology - the "Grand Theory of Empirical Psychology."

philosophy and psychology at the St. Paul Seminary and the University of Iowa

Religious Morality and Brain Chemistry
By
Charles Fisher
The punishment in Islam for the DSM-4 diagnosis of kleptomania is the
removal of a hand. Recent research indicates that medications which
suppress endorphins are effective in curbing the compulsions of a
kleptomaniac. Bearing in mind the costs to society of each way of
addressing this condition, is it time to rethink religious morals and
their impact on culture? Come join a discussion of comparative religious
morality as it is addressed by a modern psychological understanding of
compulsive behavior.

" The Table 5:35
As to the thief, Male or female, cut off his or her hands: a punishment by
way of example, from Allah, for their crime: and Allah is Exalted in power."
