DUBUQUE, IOWA (March 10, 2020) — The University of Dubuque Campus Worship Team and Gospel Choir will host a Worship Night at 7:30PM, Wednesday, April 1, in Blades Chapel on campus. The Campus Worship Team is under the direction of Andrew Kalthoff, minister to students and director for worshipwhile the Gospel Choir is directed by Victor Evans, adjunct professor of music.

The Worship Night is free to attend and open to the public. No ticket is required.

DUBUQUE, IOWA (February 28, 2020) — For the third consecutive year, University of Dubuque’s nursing program has been recognized as one of the best registered-nursing programs in Iowa by the nursing advocacy organization RegisteredNursing.org. UD was ranked second on the 2020 Best RN Programs in Iowa.

DUBUQUE, IOWA (February 18, 2020) – The University of Dubuque Wind and Jazz ensembles will present “Showstoppers: Music of Stage and Screen” at 3PM, Saturday, March 21, in Heritage Center’s Babka Theatre. The performance will be under the direction of Cassandra Bechard, wind-ensemble conductor, and Nolan Hauta, jazz-ensemble conductor.

DUBUQUE, IOWA (February 10, 2020) — The University of Dubuque congratulates the following students on being appointed to the Fall Semester 2019 Academic Dean's List. To be named to the dean's list, a student must earn a grade-point average (GPA) of 3.5 or higher on a 4.0 scale for that semester.

 

DUBUQUE, IOWA (Februrary 3, 2020) — University of Dubuque senior Rebekah Godwin has earned a prestigious Brooke Owens Fellowship. The fellowship provides paid internships and executive mentorship for exceptional undergraduate women and gender-minority students in aerospace. This is the first year UD has been represented in the program.
