MOLINE, ILLINOIS (October 28, 2021) — The Moline Foundation is pleased to announce the acceptance of Fall 2022 Scholarships applications starting on November 1, 2021. MOLINE, ILLINOIS (October 22, 2021) — The Moline Foundation Board approved $285,000 in grant funding for 31 area non-profit organizations. The Moline Foundation accepted applications for capital and program expenses.

MOLINE, ILLINOIS (April 7, 2020) — The Covid-19 pandemic is having a significant impact on the ability of non-profits to not only serve their constituents, but to effectively operate. Based on this unprecedented situation, The Moline Foundation has modified our Spring 2020 Grant submission criteria. Priority will be given to the essential operational costs of non-profit applicants serving the basic needs of residents including:

MOLINE, ILLINOIS (September 3, 2019) — With almost 19 years of service to The Moline Foundation, Joy Boruff, President/CEO, has elected to retire. Her last day in the office will be Friday, December 20, 2019. As the first staff person for the then-48-year-old community foundation, Boruff established the office with accounting, budget, software, grant-making, management, and fundraising procedures.

MOLINE, ILLINOIS (March 18, 2019) — A grants submission deadline has been announced by The Moline Foundation. Non-profit, designated as 501(c)(3) organizations are encouraged to apply. The organizations must serve the citizens of Moline and the surrounding region, including the Quad Cities region.

MOLINE, ILLINOIS (February 12, 2019) — One $1,000 scholarship will be given annually by the Ina Duncan Banks Memorial Scholarship Fund to a female college or university student. The scholarship award will be paid directly to the recipient's college or university.
