DAVENPORT, IOWA (August 5, 2019) — Canadian Pacific and the Quad Cities River Bandits have partnered to present free tickets for the Bandits game at Modern Woodmen Park against the Clinton LumberKings on Wednesday, August 7. This will be the third game of the 2019 season in which fans are welcome to attend a River Bandits game free of charge. Most recently, on July 31, the team played in front of nearly 4,000 fans who received free entry to the ballpark.

GENEVA, ILLINOIS (August 5, 2019) — The Kane County Cougars shut out the Quad Cities River Bandits for the third time in the 2019 season, winning 3-0 on Monday night at Northwestern Medicine Field. Luis Frias and Chester Pimentel combined to strike out ten and limit the River Bandits to just three hits in the contest. Quad Cities has scored 2 runs in the 29.0 innings played in the series.

The ceremony for doctoral, MFA and Medical Degree graduates was May 10 at the Kohl Center, bachelor's, master's and law graduates received their degrees May 11 at Camp Randall.
