Self-help guru Marianne Williamson isn't likely to win the 2020 Democratic presidential nomination, despite having probably served the American public more ably than any of her opponents. ANKENY, IOWA (July 4, 2019) — The Iowa Biodiesel Board today expressed extreme dissatisfaction with the Environmental Protection Agency’s proposed rule for the 2020 Renewable Fuel Standard and 2021 Biomass-based Diesel Volume.
