DAVENPORT, IOWA (August 27, 2024) Scott County Auditor Kerri Tompkins has announced that Tuesday, August 27, is the first day for voters to submit requests for absentee ballots by mail for the November 5 General Election. You must request an absentee ballot to receive a ballot via the mail. Ballots will begin to be mailed on October 16.

The completed absentee-ballot request form is due in our office by 5PM on Monday, October 21.
