SCOTT COUNTY, IOWA (June 15, 2026) — The Scott Emergency Communications Center (SECC) experienced an intermittent disruption earlier today affecting some incoming 911 calls.

The issue began at approximately 4:40PM and lasted for about thirty minutes. During that time, some 911 calls were received successfully, while others appeared as abandoned and/or dropped calls.
