Due to a sewer and water line collapse, the two eastbound lanes of E Locust St between Kenwood and Forest Rd are being closed effective immediately. The two westbound lanes are currently open, however, this may change depending on conditions. The detour for eastbound Locust St, is going S on Kenwood and then E onto Middle Rd. More details and information on this closure will be released as they become available.
