WHITEWATER, WISCONSIN (April 2, 2024) — Hannah Gault, an Elementary Middle Education major from Moline, IL, at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, is one of eleven student-athletes from Warhawk teams who were named Academic All-District by the College Sports Communicators (CSC) for the 2023-24 winter season.

The CSC Academic All-District teams recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances in competition and in the classroom.

PELLA, IOWA (April 2, 2024) — Central College Trustee Harry Smith, a Class of 1973 graduate, will join Central as the newest executive-in-residence. Smith, a multi-Emmy award-winning reporter, announced on air he'll be moving on to his alma mater after spending the past twelve years on NBC News. Smith plans to be on campus during the Fall 2024 semester working with students and teaching the course, Commencement: The Beginning.

SEWARD, NEBRASKA (April 2, 2024) — On Sunday, March 24, Concordia's music department hosted its spring chamber recital. Chamber recitals, given once each semester, allow students to facilitate, practice, and perform pieces of their choice in small, or "chamber," ensembles. Students' ability to choose their own pieces opens the recitals to a variety of musical genres, instrumentations, and arrangements.

MOLINE, ILLINOIS (April 2, 2024) — This Saturday, April 6, the Steamwheelers are back in the Vibrant Arena at the MARK, for game two of the season against the Green Bay Blizzard.

Kick-off time is set for 7:05PM on Saturday in Moline, Illinois.
