ROCK ISLAND, ILLINOIS (April 17, 2023) — On Thursday, April 20, Augustana College will conduct a full-scale emergency-preparedness drill. The drill will start by 8:30AM and be completed by 12PM.

DES MOINES, IOWA (April 17, 2023) — Disability Rights Iowa will host an in-person panel presentation in Iowa City on Assistance Animals for Mental Health. In person satellite viewings of this panel conversation will take place in Des Moines, Ottumwa, Cedar Rapids and Chariton. The panel conversation consists of six individuals who collectively have legal expertise, mental health expertise, and lived experience. The panel will also be moderated by a legal expert.

GENESEO, ILLINOIS (April 17, 2023) — The 2023 Geneseo Artwalk will take place Saturday, April 29, 2023, in Downtown Geneseo, Illinois. In addition to the 2023 Artwalk, the second mural of the Geneseo Mural Project will begin to come to life during the event as well. Geneseo will be full of art during the last weekend of April.

The store’s associates marked the occasion with a ribbon-cutting ceremony, community celebration, and a community-inspired mural unveiling.
