JOHNSTON, IOWA (December 7, 2020) Join Iowa PBS and Ballet Des Moines virtually on Saturday, December 19, 10:30AM, for a special family-friendly experience featuring Peter and the Wolf. ROCK ISLAND, ILLINOIS (December 4, 2020) — Quad City Arts’ plan to help regional artists stay motivated by creating artwork throughout the Quarantine, which began in March 2020, will continue into 2021 with the culminating exhibition of chosen works postponed to October 2021. The plan is to share the artwork with the public when we can safely gather socially.

DES MOINES, IOWA (December 3, 2020)  Governor Kim Reynolds today announced the members of a new Computer Science Work Group created by a 2020 state law that for the first time requires Iowa’s 327 school districts and 116 accredited nonpublic schools to offer computer science instruction.
