DUBUQUE, IOWA (May 18, 2023) — Bryan Gutraj JD, a senior flight instructor at the University of Dubuque, has been recognized for his high standard of flight instruction and named the Best Flight Instructor in the Nation, a title given to the top-scoring flight instructor from the 2023 Flight Training Experience Survey conducted by the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association (AOPA).

GREENVILLE, SOUTH CAROLINA (May 18, 2023) — Jordan Allen, a resident of Muscatine, Iowa, was among over 700 students who graduated from Bob Jones University Friday, May 5.

Allen graduated with a MA in Biblical Studies.

In addition to 570 students earning Bachelor's degrees, 94 students received Master's degrees and 58 students received Associate degrees. Three candidates earned doctorate degrees.

Since its founding in 1927, BJU has conferred over 52,500 degrees.

SEWARD, NEBRASKA (May 17, 2023) — Hannah Beintema of Bettendorf, Iowa, was named to Concordia University Nebraska's honors list for the Spring 2023 semester.

Concordia University, Nebraska named 223 students to its honors list for the Spring 2023 semester. Students who earn a 3.90 GPA or higher while also completing at least 12 credit hours qualify for the honors list.
