BETTENDORF, IOWA (May 5, 2025) — The Quad Cities Community Foundation has announced the recipients of $754,894 in scholarship awards. The awards are made possible by the generosity of donors to scholarship funds at the Community Foundation.

SEWARD, NEBRASKA (May 1, 2025) — Over sixty students, including Jason Payne of Bettendorf, Iowa, presented at the fourteenth annual Academic and Research Symposium at Concordia Nebraska on April 28, 2025. The event, which takes place in the Dunklau Center for Math, Science, and Business, includes both poster and oral presentations throughout the late afternoon and evening.

Professor of Mathematics Dr Brian Albright has been coordinating the event for the past four years.

GALESBURG, ILLINOIS (April 28, 2025) — High-achieving students were named to the Knox College Dean's List for the 2025 Winter Term. To be named to the Dean's List, a student must have earned at least 2.5 credits in the term, with a grade-point average of 3.6 or better (on a 4.0 scale).
