MONMOUTH, ILLINOIS (June 5, 2024) — Long summer days make it a perfect season for reading, and members of the Monmouth College community have several recommendations to help people fill out their hours.

Among the books recommended are titles connected to the 60th anniversary of the Civil Rights Act, to authors connected to the College and to what Monmouth's dean and head librarian are reading.

MIDWAY, KENTUCKY (June 5, 2024) — Midway University is pleased to announce the students who have been named to its Dean's List for the 2024 Spring Semester. To be named to the list, a student must be classified as full-time and obtain a 3.60 grade-point average for the semester. There were 388 students who made the Dean's List, including Arthur Menezes from Davenport, Iowa.

STERLING, ILLINOIS (June 5, 2024) — Woodlawn Arts Academy will host Shine a Light on Mental Health Teen Writers Conference from 8:30AM-2:30PM, Saturday, August 3. Teenagers will learn how to effectively use multiple forms of creative writing to improve and manage mental health.
