MOUNT VERNON, IOWA (April 2, 2019) — The Cornell College Department of Music presented its Jazz Ensemble Concert on Friday, March 29, in the Smith Dining Hall of the Thomas Commons. The group, which included Elaine Andorf of Bettendorf, Iowa, worked with the Cornell College swing-dancing club, Slick Shoes, to make it a night of dancing and music.

AMES, IOWA (March 28, 2019) — Olivia Gasper of Bettendorf, Iowa, has been named to the cast and creative team for ISU Theatre's spring 2019 musical "Godspell."

PEORIA, ILLINOIS (March 27, 2019) — Bradley University student, Sydney Ruggles of Rock Island, IL, will present research at the Midwestern Psychological Association Conference. This is the oldest regional psychological association in the nation.

Ruggles is part of a study that focused on attitudes towards sexual entitlement in online communities.

ROCK ISLAND, ILLINOIS (March 27, 2019) — Augustana College announced more than 1,000 students were named to the Dean's List for the 2018-19 winter term. Students who have earned this academic honor have maintained a grade point average of 3.5 or higher on a four-point scale for courses taken during the term.
