DAVENPORT, IOWA (December 20, 2019) — The City of Davenport will observe the Christmas holiday on Tuesday, December 24 and Wednesday, December 25. The New Year holiday will be observed on Wednesday, January 1.

All City of Davenport offices and the Public Works Center will be closed Christmas Eve, Christmas, and New Year's Day.

DAVENPORT, IOWA (November 18, 2019) — The next meeting of the Quad Cities Flood Resiliency Alliance will be held on Thursday, November 21, 2019, at 1:30PM in the City Hall Community Room in Riverdale, Iowa. DAVENPORT, IOWA (November 14, 2019) — Tony Knobbe, Scott County Board Chair announced the appointment of Angela Kersten as Scott County Engineer. The Board formally approved her appointment at their meeting on November 14 at 5PM. Kersten’s official start date will be January 1, 2020. Knobbe indicated the Board members were pleased they were able to appoint an internal candidate with a great level of experience and qualifications.
