IOWA CITY, IOWA (September 10, 2020) — Representative Dave Loebsack released the following statement on September 9 after the US Department of Health and Human Services announced that three community health centers across Iowa’s Second Congressional District will receive funding to make capital improvements to buildings that were impacted by a natural disaster.
