JOHNSTON, IOWA (May 6, 2020) — Iowa PBS will hold an Iowa Press debate for the US Senate Democratic Primary on Monday, May 18, at Iowa PBS studios in Johnston. The hour-long debate will begin at 8PM.

DES MOINES, IOWA (May 5, 2020) — Today, the Iowa Department of Public Health (IDPH) has been notified of 408 additional positive cases for a total of 10,111 positive cases. There have been an additional 3,000 negative tests for a total of 50,458 negative tests to date, which includes testing reported by the State Hygienic Lab and other labs.

DES MOINES, IOWA (May 4, 2020) — The Iowa Department of Public Health (IDPH) has been notified of 534 additional positive cases for a total of 9,703 positive cases. There have been an additional 3,441 negative tests for a total of 47,458 negative tests to date, which includes testing reported by the State Hygienic Lab and other labs. 85 percent of new positive cases today are in the 22 counties where restrictions remain in place.
