DES MOINES, IOWA (June 30, 2023) — State Treasurer Roby Smith awarded a $529 College Savings Iowa contribution to the Heim family of Muscatine. Seventeen-year-old Ashton was randomly drawn as the winner of one of Smith's 529 Day giveaways after his mother registered him.
