DES MOINES, IOWA (December 1, 2020) — Governor Kim Reynolds has announced the appointment of Josh Byrnes, currently general manager of the Osage Municipal Utilities, to serve as a Board Member to the Iowa Utilities Board. Byrnes replaces Nick Wagner who had served in that role since 2013 and departed the IUB in July 2020. The appointment is effective December 14, 2020, and is subject to confirmation by the Iowa Senate.
