Today is Estonia’s 102nd Independence Day.

Lithuania celebrated 102 years of continuous statehood on the 16th and Latvia will in November.

This is significant not just because the Baltic states are close American allies with shared values.

Q: What is COVID-19?

A: In January, The World Health Organization (WHO) declared a public-health emergency of international concern regarding the outbreak of a new coronavirus detected in China. Coronaviruses belong to a large family of viruses, ranging from the common cold to acute respiratory illnesses. On February 11, 2020, the WHO named this novel coronavirus COVID-19.

The CFO Act created a new foundation for federal financial management and established a fiscal management reporting and leadership structure.
