DAVENPORT, IOWA (October 22, 2019) — Scott County Auditor Roxanna Moritz announced today that ballots for the November 5, 2019 City/School Election are available for all precincts, including those in the City of Davenport which were delayed due to the recount of the mayoral primary election. The Auditor’s Office will mail ballots to Davenport voters who have already requested absentee ballots by mail tomorrow, October 23, 2018.
