I’m happy to recognize small businesses, in Iowa and across the country by celebrating National Small Business Week.

In Iowa, 99.3 percent of all businesses are small businesses. Also, almost half of Iowa employees are employed by small businesses.

ALBIA, IOWA (May 1, 2019) — Today, Representative John Delaney toured Big River Resources in West Burlington, Iowa and discussed the benefits of value-added agriculture in rural America.   Rep Delaney was joined by Focus on Rural America Chair Lieutenant Governor Patty Judge, who has served Iowa as Lieutenant Governor and as Iowa’s Secretary of Agriculture.
