Quad City Storm Trade Completion

The Quad City Storm has traded defenseman Troy Henley to the Roanoke Rail Yard Dawgs to finalize the deal that sent forward Phil Bronner from Roanoke to the Storm. Bronner recorded an assist on the first goal in Storm history opening night.

The Storm is also announcing that this Friday’s game will feature $2 beers to thank fans for the support shown on opening night.

Ticketmaster fees are still waived when fans order their tickets online.

The two sides of the river fight for dominance as the alpha dog in the developing Quad City esports scene. This is the VERY FIRST TIME EVER these teams are squaring off in person to prove their power.

The members of St. Ambrose’s nationally ranked esports team are part of the university’s athletic department, with players receiving scholarships to compete. Augustana’s esports organization started a year ago and have gained a lot of traction and popularity since.
