MOLINE, ILLINOIS (March 14, 2019) — A dramatic/multi-generational play entitled, "for colored girls who have considered suicide when the rainbow is enuf," is being peformed at Playcrafters Barn Theatre March 29th and 30th.  The show is at 7:30 pm and you can get ticket at the door for $10.00.  

MOLINE, ILLINOIS (February 8, 2019) — The theatre program at Moline High School offers rigorous classes in Stagecraft and Acting, and every year the students, teachers, and parents produce 5 productions, compete in Speech and Theatre Events with IHSA, and participate in festivals and workshops across the state. All who are involved grow in communication, collaboration, and theatre technique.

“Volcanoes: The Fires of Creation 3D” will erupt in the Putnam Museum and Science Center’s GIANT Screen Theater Saturday. An exclusive members-only preview party that includes volcano-themed family fun will take place on Friday.

A beloved Quad-Cities’ family tradition for more than ten years, the Polar Express Pajama Parties kick off Thursday, Dec. 13, with four action-packed days of holiday fun and the timeless holiday movie at the Putnam Museum & Science Center!

This year, the Putnam has scheduled 10 showings of 'The Polar Express 3D' — the visually stunning holiday classic, which will be brought to life on the GIANT Screen, towering six stories tall.

For the second presentation in its 2018-19 season, the QC Theatre Workshop will follow its recent hit Dead Man's Cell Phone with the area debut of the widely adored, Pulitzer Prize-winning Topdog/Underdog.

MOLINE, ILLINOIS – The Black Box Theatre located in downtown Moline will present the original script of Orson Welles infamous “War of the Worlds: The 1938 radio script,” by Howard E. Koch and based on the novel by H.G. Wells. The production will open October 11 and run through October 21.
