DAVENPORT, IOWA (May 13, 2026) — The public is invited to help celebrate the Dedication of Habitat Home N° 147 this Saturday, May 16. The brief ceremony will take place promptly at 10AM, at 1360 Morton Drive, East Moline, Illinois.

Guests will have the opportunity to tour the home after the ceremony.

BETTENDORF, IOWA (May 12, 2026) — The Bettendorf Community School District is collaborating with the Bettendorf Parks & Recreation Department in providing FREE summer meals to kids — Monday through Friday, June 8 — July 31.

The meals are funded through the USDA Summer Nutrition Programs (SUN Programs) to provide free meals and snacks to children, regardless of income, when school is out.

SCOTT COUNTY, IOWA (May 12, 2026) — The Scott County Park Pool opening will be delayed due to contractor staffing issues that have prevented the ongoing pool renovation project from being completed on time. The pool was originally scheduled to open at the end of May for the 2026 summer season.
