DAVENPORT, IOWA (November 14, 2019) — Tony Knobbe, Scott County Board Chair announced the appointment of Angela Kersten as Scott County Engineer. The Board formally approved her appointment at their meeting on November 14 at 5PM. Kersten’s official start date will be January 1, 2020. Knobbe indicated the Board members were pleased they were able to appoint an internal candidate with a great level of experience and qualifications.

PELLA, IOWA (11/14/2019) — Andrew Green, professor of political science at Central College, will present "From the Iowa Caucuses to the White House: Understanding Donald Trump's 2016 Electoral Victory in Iowa" at 7PM, Monday, November 18, in the Boat/Moore rooms of Maytag Student Center.
