This new street name honors Iowa Public Television's Friends Foundation and the relationship that IPTV has with the City of Johnston and the patrons of its neighbor, Terra Park.

DUBUQUE, IOWA (December 18, 2019) — University of Dubuque’s Department of Fine and Performing Arts will welcome 100 high school musicians from nearly 30 area schools to campus on Thursday, January 16, for the University of Dubuque Honor Band Concert. Students will begin the day with rehearsals at 8:30AM and conclude with a concert at 7PM in John and Alice Butler Hall, Heritage Center.
