McLain, 34, is the Outreach Advocate at Braking Traffik, a program of Family Resources, which works with survivors of human trafficking.

"Working in the anti-human trafficking movement and sexual assault field, I encounter some of the most challenging parts of our community, as well as some of the best," McLain said.
