ROCK ISLAND, ILLINOIS (March 5, 2019) — Edison and Washington Junior High Schools in Rock Island competed in the Regional Math Counts competition at Bettendorf Middle School on February 6. Edison took first place with the team of: Jackson Bennett, Charlie Conner, Avery Flactiff, and Ricardo Mendoza. Six of the Edison team members were in the top ten with Jackson Bennett taking 1st place overall.
