Gov Kim Reynolds Announces Drop in Corporate Tax Rate, Second Year in a row

DES MOINES, IOWA (September 22, 2023) — Governor Kim Reynolds announced that Iowa’s corporate tax rate will drop to 7.1 percent from 8.4 percent for tax year (TY) 2024, which was not projected to happen until later than TY 2027.

Bettendorf Now Offers Home Base Iowa Incentives to Veteran Homebuyers

The City of Bettendorf now offers a $250 reimbursement for City services and up to a $900 reimbursement for a home warranty to qualifying veteran homebuyers.
