DUBUQUE, IOWA (July 25, 2023) — Challenge to Change Inc, a wellness-education company, has partnered with the Eastern Iowa Mental Health and Disability Services Region (EIR) to offer free scholarships for a nine-week course on emotional intelligence. Emotional intelligence is known as the ability to be smart with one’s feelings.
