DES MOINES, IOWA (September 9, 2025) — A panel of industry judges recently selected the proposed Council Bluffs housing development Spin Lofts as the winner of the Iowa Finance Authority (IFA)’s third annual Innovation in Housing Pitch Competition, held at the HousingIowa Conference in Cedar Rapids last week. Led by Iowa-based developer Arch Icon, the project will now advance in the Federal Housing Tax Credit Innovation Set-Aside application process.

ROCK ISLAND, ILLINOIS (September 8, 2025) — Korgossarna, the Swedish academic men’s choir from Uppsala University, Sweden, will perform on Saturday, September 20, 3PM, in Wallenberg Hall at Augustana College.

Korgossarna is one of Sweden’s premier male vocal ensembles, known for singing music of the Nordic vocal tradition from folk tunes to contemporary.

The concert is free and open to the public.
