Join the Wapsi River Center Staff and the Friends of the Wapsi Center as we celebrate Monarch Butterflies during this festival. There will be a monarch presentation at 11:00 A.M.

GREENVILLE, SOUTH CAROLINA (September 5, 2025) — Kathryn Jones, a resident of Milan, was recently named to the Bob Jones University Symphony Orchestra (BJUSO). Jones is a Sophomore majoring in Performance at BJU.

The mission of the BJUSO is to inspire artistic excellence in performance as a display of God's glory and His gifts to humanity. Auditions are open to all students at the university, regardless of academic major. The orchestra is directed by Dr Michael Moore.
