DAVENPORT, IOWA (May 15, 2024) — President Amy C Novak EdD announced that Diane Murtha (’84) (’94), and Sr Mary Thomas will give the keynote addresses at the 2024 Spring graduate and undergraduate commencement ceremonies on Saturday, May 18. Sr Thomas will also be recognized with an honorary Doctor of Humane Letters degree for her significant philanthropic and humanitarian efforts.

ROCK ISLAND, ILLINOIS (May 15, 2024) — Augustana College students will present the Longview Park master plan to the City of Rock Island Parks and Recreation Board on Tuesday, May 21. The plan will help guide leaders in making decisions for future upgrades and projects for the more than a century-old park, located at 18th Avenue and 17th Street. MONMOUTH, ILLINOIS (May 14, 2024) — During his four years as a Monmouth College student, Elijah Kelly has been a member of just about every musical ensemble the school has to offer.

BEREA, OHIO (May 14, 2024) — Alex Minyard of Milan, Illinois (61264), was nominated by faculty and staff to take part in Baldwin Wallace University's 130th Annual White Rose Ceremony. Minyard, a graduate of Rockridge High School majoring in theatre acting and directing, was asked to participate in recognition of her special contribution to life at BW.

WEST DES MOINES, IOWA (May 14, 2024) — Andrew Boldt of Davenport, Iowa, was among 146 students honored in May by Des Moines University Medicine and Health Sciences for volunteering more than fifty hours during the 2023-2024 academic year. Boldt is enrolled in DMU's Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine program.

WHITEWATER, WISCONSIN (May 14, 2024) — Mitch Nikulski, from Bettendorf, Iowa, who recently graduated with a BBA in Finance at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, was recognized in the university's Hired Before Graduation campaign.

According to the College's annual First Destination Survey, which tracks information from within six months of graduating, 98% of the College's newest alumni are either working or pursuing a graduate or professional degree.
