CHARLESTON, SOUTH CAROLINA (April 9, 2024) — The Citadel's mission of producing principled leaders is well demonstrated through the ROTC detachments, which provide cadets with the necessary tools to prepare them for their future military careers after graduation.

The departments, which include Air Force/Space Force ROTC, Army ROTC, Marine Corps ROTC, and Navy ROTC, ensures The Citadel is one of the nation's proven producers of top military leaders.

BATON ROUGE, LOUISIANA (04/09/2024) — Thomas Fitzpatrick of Davenport, Iowa, was recently initiated into The Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi, the nation's oldest and most selective all-discipline collegiate honor society. Fitzpatrick was initiated at The Citadel.

SEWARD, NEBRASKA (April 5, 2024) — On Friday, March 22, the Concordia Music Department hosted its Spring 2024 composers' recital. The composers' recital provides a unique opportunity for students who have composed original musical works to debut them in front of an audience.

The program featured pieces by five different Concordia students. Performances included arrangements for voice, saxophone, organ, piano, violin, and viola.

GALESBURG, ILLINOIS (April 4, 2024) — Knox College Caxton Club is thrilled to announce two upcoming poetry readings by esteemed prize-winning poets. Both readings are free and open to the public.

Carl Phillips (above), recipient of the 2023 Pulitzer Prize for Poetry, will read on Friday, April 12, 2024, 4-5PM, in the Red Room of Seymour Library.
