MONMOUTH, ILLINOIS (March 14, 2024) — Six family members plus 23 different instruments figure to add up to an unforgettable night of music on Monmouth College's campus.

Rockland Road — a band comprised of parents Jamie and Paul Martin and their four children — will present the next event in the Maple Leaf Community Concert Series (MLCCS) at 7PM, March 19, in the Kasch Performance Hall of Dahl Chapel and Auditorium.

MOLINE, ILLINOIS (March 7, 2024) — The next Music at Butterworth concert is scheduled for March 20, 7PM, at Butterworth Center, Moline, with a performance by the internationally-known trio Grosse Isle, comprised of Irish uilleann piper Fiachra O’Regan, Quebec fiddler/singer Sophie Lavoie, and guitarist Andre Marchand.

ROCK ISLAND, ILLINOIS (March 5, 2024) — Fifty Augustana College students will perform in the Augustana Symphonic Band's Midwest tour.

This year's tour features five performances in Illinois, Iowa and Kansas from March 22 to April 6. Conducted by Dr James Lambrecht, the wind ensemble will share music in churches, performing arts centers and high schools across the Midwest.

In addition to performing in Athens, the Monmouth College groups also have a date scheduled in scenic Patras

MONMOUTH, ILLINOIS (February 28, 2024) — The Monmouth College Chorale and Chamber Winds will present a pair of concerts in Monmouth on March 3 and March 23.

ROCK ISLAND, ILLINOIS (February 20, 2024) — Augustana College’s Jenny Lind Vocal Ensemble, under the direction of Dr Michael Zemek, will perform three Illinois concerts during an April tour.

Jenny Lind is a select treble ensemble for students who wish to develop advanced choral skills and better understand various styles of choral music composed for sopranos and altos. The choir performs on campus and at community events.

BETTENDORF, IOWA (February 14, 2024) — On February 24, Great Sounds Promotions invite the community to "Celebrating Black History Through Music," a compelling event at Rivermont Collegiate, 1821 Sunset Drive, beginning at 6PM.
