ROCK ISLAND, ILLINOIS (May 2, 2023) -- The Augustana Oratorio Society, Augustana Choir, Augustana Choral Artists and Augustana Symphony Orchestra are joining together to perform Maurice Duruflé's "Requiem, Op 9" and other choral works by French, English, and Brazilian composers. MOLINE, ILLINOIS (May 1, 2023) — Martha Redbone is a Native and African-American vocalist-songwriter-composer and educator, who will perform on May 9, 7PM, in the spacious Butterworth Center Library as part of the Music at Butterworth Center series. DAVENPORT, IOWA (April 28, 2023) — After four years of service, Ernesto Estigarribia will step down as the Quad City Symphony Orchestra (QCSO) Associate Conductor and Quad City Symphony Youth Ensembles (QCSYE) Music Director at the end of July to serve on faculty at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee.

GALESBURG, ILLINOIS (April 27, 2023) — The 2023 Carl Sandburg Songbag Concert Series continues Sunday, May 14, with singer, songwriter and guitarist Nathan Cowan performing at the Carl Sandburg State Historic Site in Galesburg.

Formerly of Harvest Sons and The Dirty Loew, Cowan recently embarked on a solo career. His set will feature original songs along with tunes by other artists.
