Now, national support for programs like Head Start is becoming less certain. For many parents, especially those earning low wages or working non-traditional hours, access to affordable, high-quality early education is out of reach.

DAVENPORT, IOWA (June 4, 2025) — The public is invited to help celebrate the Dedication of Habitat Home N° 141 this Saturday, June 7. The brief ceremony will take place promptly at 10AM at 1436 W 8th Street, Davenport. Guests will have the opportunity to tour the home after the ceremony.

BETTENDORF, IOWA (May 27, 2025) — The Quad Cities Community Foundation has announced the recipients of $754,894 in scholarship awards. The awards are made possible by the generosity of donors to scholarship funds at the Community Foundation. Students, families, and donors were celebrated at a recent reception event.
