The letter voiced support for the EPA’s proposed changes to the definition of “Waters of the United States” (WOTUS).

DES MOINES, IOWA (April 17, 2019) — Governor Kim Reynolds today received word that two counties that were affected by recent severe weather and flooding along the Missouri River have been added to the Presidential Disaster Declaration granted March 23, 2019.

WASHINGTON DC (April 16, 2019) — Three Senate committee chairmen are calling on the Justice Department to provide previously-sought information related to the FBI’s handling of the Clinton email-server investigation. DOJ initially refused to furnish the information, citing the ongoing special-counsel investigation.

DES MOINES, IOWA (April 16, 2019) — Iowa Secretary of State Paul Pate will present National Association of Secretaries of State (NASS) Medallion Awards on Wednesday to the directors of the Iowa Department of Transportation, the Office of the Chief Information Officer, and the Iowa National Guard for their assistance with Iowa’s voter-registration and election-cybersecurity efforts.
