Sens Charles "Chuck" Grassley, Ron Wyden Introduce Updated Retirement Savings Legislation

WASHINGTON DC (April 1, 2019) — US Senate Finance Committee Chairman Charles "Chuck" Grassley of Iowa and Ranking Member Ron Wyden of Oregon today introduced the Retirement Enhancement and Savings Act of 2019 (RESA). The legislation would encourage employers to adopt new retirement plans and reduce the cost of operating retirement plans for their employees. The bill also includes new provisions to encourage workers to plan and save for retirement.
