CLINTON, IOWA (April 9, 2019) — Austin Hansen and Shawn Dubin combined to strike out 20 Clinton LumberKings hitters as the Quad Cities River Bandits picked up a 2-0 win at Clinton’s Ashford University Field on Tuesday night. The two right-handers allowed a combined six hits and did not walk a batter. The shutout win was the first of the year for the Bandits.

DAVENPORT, IOWA (April 8, 2019) — The Quad Cities River Bandits and TBK Bank, SSB have announced an initiative to renovate youth baseball and softball fields in the Quad Cities and surrounding areas. The first project as part of this initiative will be completed this week at Northwest Park in Davenport.

CLINTON, IOWA (April 8, 2019) — Nine innings weren’t enough to decide a back-and-forth affair between the Quad Cities River Bandits and Clinton LumberKings at Ashford University Field on Monday night. The River Bandits escaped with a 6-5 victory after Jeremy Pena’s bases loaded walk in the top of the tenth inning proved to be the difference in the Bandits first extra-innings game of the season.

BURLINGTON, IOWA (April 6, 2019) — The Quad Cities River Bandits were shut out in both games of a doubleheader on Saturday night at Burlington’s Community Field. The Bees took the opener 3-0 and won the nightcap 1-0 on a walk-off home run by Jordyn Adams.

BURLINGTON, IOWA (April 5, 2019) — The Quad Cities River Bandits scheduled game in Burlington on Friday night was postponed due to unplayable field conditions at Community Field. Heavy rains during and after the game on Thursday did not allow the infield to recover in time for Friday’s contest. 

BURLINGTON, IOWA (March 4, 2019) — The Quad Cities River Bandits looked comfortable despite having to play their scheduled home-opener in a road venue due to flooding at Modern Woodmen Park. Nivaldo Rodriguez was impressive on the mound and leadoff hitter Ross Adolph homered and drove in four runs to spark a rain-shortened 9-2 opening-night victory over the Burlington Bees. The game ended following the final out of the seventh inning.
