MOLINE, ILLINOIS (May 6, 2022) The Quad City Storm and head coach Dave Pszenyczny has agreed to terms on a three-year contract, securing the team’s only head coach in franchise history through the 2024-2025 season. In his three seasons, Pszenyczny has amassed a regular season record of 66-68-22 and is coming off his first winning season as head coach.

Puck drop is at 7:10, the first 1000 fans receive a black t-shirt and rally towel, and fans can enjoy $1 beers.

MOLINE, ILLINOIS (April 1, 2022) — Tickets for the first Quad City Storm play-off game in franchise history are on sale now. The Storm is scheduled to play a home play-off game on April 12, 13, or 14, depending on the opponent they face. Puck-drop will be at 7:10PM, and the exact date and opponent will be finalized by April 10; the last day of the SPHL regular season.

One-dollar beers will be sold at all Storm home play-off games.

MOLINE, ILLINOIS (March 9, 2022) — Scott Mullen, Executive Director of the TaxSlayer Center, announced today that the Quad City Mallards Heroes vs Villains Charity Hockey Match, presented by Arconic on March 4, raised $89,920.33 for local charities, making the event the most successful one-night sports-related fundraising effort in Quad Cities history.

MOLINE, ILLINOIS (March 2, 2022) — The Quad City Storm defeated the Vermillion County Bobcats 7-1 at the TaxSlayer Center on March 1. The win clinched the organization’s first-ever President’s Cup play-off berth. DES MOINES, IOWA (January 28, 2022) — The initiative to bring professional soccer to central Iowa has reached a major milestone. Kyle Krause, chairman and CEO of Krause Group, and representatives from the United Soccer League (USL), have officially signed a franchise agreement, which will bring a professional club to Des Moines that will compete in the USL Championship.
