DES MOINES, IOWA (March 28, 2019) — Fine-wine and cuisine connoisseurs can experience several of the greater Des Moines area's most-popular restaurants while relishing a 360 view of downtown Des Moines at the Iowa Restaurant Association's Culinary Affair, Sunday, April 7 at 5:30PM at the Des Moines Embassy Club. This gourmet wine dinner will be presented by 7 of Iowa's Top Chefs.

DES MOINES, IOWA (February 28, 2019) — Culinary and restaurant management students from Hampton-Dumont and Des Moines Central Campus were crowned the 2019 Iowa ProStart Invitational Champions. They competed with high school students from across the state in an event hosted by the Iowa Restaurant Association Education Foundation. The invitational was held at the Iowa Events Center in Des Moines on Tuesday, February 26. The teams could compete in both culinary and restaurant management events.

DAVENPORT, IOWA (February 7, 2019) — Biaggi’s has once again partnered with Family Resources to hold its 5th annual Wine Tasting Event on Thursday, February 28, 2019, 6-8:00PM. The Wine Tasting Event will take place at the 5195 Utica Ridge Road location in Davenport, Iowa.

The evening will include wine tastings paired with a selection of antipasti prepared by Chef Patrick Trainor. Biaggi’s is offering attendees the opportunity to purchase wine at wholesale prices during the event.
