LeCLAIRE, IOWA (October 18, 2023) — The LeClaire library is happy to announce a new recurring program to be held at the library: Senior Activities and Socializing, featuring refreshments, good conversation, and guest speakers on a variety of topics. ROCK ISLAND, ILLINOIS (October 11, 2023) — Augustana College’s John Deere Planetarium and Fryxell Geology Museum invite the public to view the partial eclipse of the sun, 11AM-1PM, Saturday, October 14.

The planetarium, located at 820 38th St, Rock Island, will offer indoor and outdoor programs in the planetarium, observatory, and geology museum. Admission is free.
