QCCAN’s Reading Assistance Dogs are specially-trained, along with their handler, to provide the environment needed to help children improve their reading skills.

DAVENPORT, IOWA (May 4, 2021) — The Davenport Noon Optimist Club is preparing for their annual Kevin Marxen Respect for Law Presentation, Friday, May 7, 2021, 11:30AM, at the River Center in Davenport, Iowa. During this presentation, the club recognizes and honors a Davenport police officer selected by the Davenport Police Department to an officer who has shown exemplary service to the department and dedication to law enforcement much like Kevin Marxen.
