MONMOUTH, ILLINOIS (November 4, 2019) — In the early part of this decade, a series of anti-government protests, uprisings, and armed rebellions spread across much of the Islamic world and came to be known as the Arab Spring.
A former member of the US foreign service who's written a highly-acclaimed book on the Arab Spring will help make sense of the events from an American perspective during a November 7 talk at Monmouth College.
